Full-time, fixed-term appointment until May 2021.
An exciting opportunity has become available to provide effective leadership and management to committed and passionate staff.
The Education Manager, Service Industries will lead and manage staff recruitment, induction, work plans, teaching loads, development, discipline, mentoring/coaching and performance management. This position will also manage the design, development, delivery, evaluation, compliance (ASQA) and continuous improvement of Vocational Education and Training, Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning and other tertiary further education and English language programs.
As the successful applicant, you will have a demonstrated capacity to effectively lead, manage and develop a team of staff and associated financial and physical resources to deliver innovative programs and assessments meeting the needs of a diverse range of student cohorts. You will also have demonstrated experience in teaching and managing VET and other further education programs, developing innovative further education programs and appropriate assessment tools ensuring ongoing reporting requirements are met.
