Role and Responsibilities
The Head of School is a dynamic individual who deeply understands collegially and partnering. You will embrace the opportunity to lead and inspire your team, manage the academic business of the School and be responsible for all aspects of staff career development. As part of the executive leadership team, and reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Business) & Vice President, you will actively contribute to the strategic direction of the College.
Skills & Experience Required
You will have a positive attitude and a commitment to developing the School and College of Business to meet the opportunities and challenges of the next decade. You will have demonstrated commitment to student achievement, relevant and impactful research and community engagement. As a collaborative leader, you will have experience in developing and growing innovative and attractive courses, and forging effective and enduring links with industry partners. You are passionate, energetic and driven with a keen sense of integrity.
