Role description

 

 To manage and steer external providers responsible for logistics and collateral associated with the delivery of training courses and assessments, ensuring travel, transfers and accommodation is in line with Academy requirements. To remotely liaise and steer representation at our Melbourne Training Facility to ensure successful training delivery. To manage and maintain technical and non-technical training aids, and supporting the transition towards digitalisation and virtual online classroom training. To steer and support the successful execution of Academy assessment events working closely with external providers to maximise financial and non-financial resources and identify improvement recommendations. To document and maintain Academy processes in line with auditing processes.

Key experience and skills

 

 

 

·         Experience with online training platforms and online training tools

 

 

·         Experience with learning & development managements systems (e.g Canvas/ Jobready)

·         Strong negotiation and communication skills

·         Practical problem solving skills with an operational focus

·         High attention to detail

·         Strong time organisational skills

·         Project and management experience

·         Ability to work with and guide a variety of stakeholders

·         Intermediate levels of Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook/Word Skills

·         Ability to understand financial information and impacts

 


    

 

·         $70K base plus super 9.5%

 

·         Nice to have – worked in the L&D space.
