At Kids Cottage Early Learning Centre we promote early childhood education for every child. Our partnership with children and families at the service builds respectful and reciprocal relationships which enable each child to actively participate in learning. We provide experiences that build on the children's interests, whereby the children learn through stimulating and educational experiences.
Educators at Kids Cottage Early Learning Centre build strong relationships with children, their families and the wider community to enable each child and their family to feel a sense of security and belonging.
 
We are currently seeking an ECT or Diploma qualified studying ECT to join our team at Kids Cottage Early Learning Centre. To be considered for the ECT/Diploma studying ECT position, you must:

• be able to work in a team environment and provide a safe and stimulating environment for children
• plan and implement daily activities guided by the EYLF, as well as reviewing and adapting these to childrens needs
• be able to write observations, learning stories and daily written reflections
• communicate and build close partnerships with families and the community
• have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young children
• be friendly, positive, energetic and show initiative
• have a sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
• IMMEDIATE START
