Position Information

Lane Cove West Public School has an enrolment of 580 students, with 26% from language backgrounds other than English. The school provides a future focused, innovative and inclusive learning environment where the hard working and committed staff collaboratively develop consistent, high quality educational practices using evidence based research to put students at the centre of their learning. Selection Criteria

Approval to teach students with learning and support needs (primary) and/or experience teaching students with learning and support needs (primary) in regular classes. Capacity to provide specialist assistance to students in regular classes with additional learning and support needs and their teachers.

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Department of Education’s ‘The Wellbeing Framework for Schools’ and ability to initiate and lead student wellbeing programs.
