About The Role
To work as part of a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children and to support the implementation of an approved learning framework.
SDN Riverwood is looking for a qualified and experienced Educator with a Certificate III to work part time on contract for 7 months. Working hours will be 5 hours per day on Monday to Wednesday, and 8 hours per day on Thursday and Friday. SDN pays above award rates!
About You
- Understanding of Child Protection legislation and holds an approved and current Child Protection Training qualification
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferable)
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Certificate III in Children's Services
- Current Working with Children's Check (NSW) clearance
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
