TAFE NSW is looking for individuals with current industry experience and knowledge in English Humanities to join our team of teachers on a part time casual basis at Casino, Lismore, Wollongbar, Ballina, Murwillumbah, and Kingscliff Campuses.

  The role of the TAFE teacher as a professional educator is to help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The teacher delivers educational programs and facilitates learning, enabling students to achieve their desired outcomes.

  
  If you have…
  

1. Recognised degree with at least two years of study relevant of English and/or Humanities OR Postgraduate qualifications relevant to English and/or Humanities

 

1. Minimum Two years (post degree) years in industry or related experience

 

1. Hold the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116) or its successor or a Diploma in VET or Adult Education
   

 

1. Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence
