About ANZIIF

The role

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to assist with a major project that involves redefining key educational products for our members.

You will be responsible for developing online professional development products and nationally accredited interactive units of study, updating existing training materials for the recently released 2015 Financial Services training package and be involved with commercial consulting projects.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract role.

About you

You are a results-driven individual who has worked in a collaborative environment and who possesses:

  • Previous instructional design, learning and development or training experience
  • Ability to work with SMEs and deliver materials to timelines
  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of a diverse industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Well-developed computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
  • Experience in developing storyboards for the delivery of learning pathways and branching scenarios
  • Ability to apply the principles of assessment and develop exam banks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create and modify materials for readability and accuracy
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline, RISE, Moodle and project management software (desirable but not essential)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
