The Civil Contractors Federation SA (CCF SA) is the peak industry body representing the interests of civil contractors in South Australia. Based at the state-of-the art Civil Simulation Centre in Thebarton, Civil Train SA/TRAIN SA (the training division of CCF SA) requires a high performing, energetic and experienced RTO Short Course Administration Officer.
The successful candidate will be a reliable self-starter who is able to work autonomously and as an effective team member, has initiative, outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls or emails in a friendly and professional manner
- High level of customer service
- Large volume of data processing, including enrolling participants, maintaining and updating participant details on our VETtrak database
- Maintaining RTO's online enrolment system
- Providing other administrative support as required.
To be successful, the candidate must demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:
- Have experience in a similar role; administration or data entry a plus;
- Experience working with in an RTO will be highly regarded
