About our centre:

About the role:
The Grove Early Learning is a brand-new centre opening June 2018 and is awaiting the right motivated inspirational team to aspire on the pathway of success. We are currently seeking individuals who can demonstrate; strong work ethics, communication, compassion, and positive attitudes to strive to provide the highest quality of care.
The Grove Early Learning will offer opening hours from 6:30am-6:30pm,
Monday- Friday and will cater children from 6 weeks to five years.
The Grove Early Learning is currently searching driven and passionate Lead Educators for our Early Years Service.
Skills & Experience:
The skills you must acquire are the following;
· Passionate and a wiliness to work in a team environment in the advocacy of Early Education
· Hold a current working with children blue card
· First aid certificate (including emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training)
· Completed Diploma in Children’s Services along with a positive working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality framework and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
· Experience working as a Lead Educator in an early learning service
· Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire Educators, children and families with positive learning outcomes
