Contract assignment for a strong L&D Capability Manager to join this Australian Banking & Financial Services brand based in the Sydney CBD on a day rate contract basis.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least three years in a Learning, Design and program management type role, excellent stakeholder management skills and be comfortable in an ambiguous environment.
This role is working in a brand new office with state of the art technology and a culture that believes in workplace flexibility and work/life balance.
Experience Required:
- Solid design skills at a strategic level
- Extensive knowledge of programme management methodologies and/or suitable qualifications
- Past experience in HR or L&D related roles is advantageous
- Intermediate to advanced skill in MS Office suite including MS project
- Strong analytical skills including management of project financials
- Demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes through others using appropriate collaboration and influencing skills
