Certificate III Educator - OSCH
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Cert III Educator to join our Millars Well Children's Service based in Karratha.
This is one of our largest centres, located in a purpose built building with three outdoor spaces for the children to explore, play and learn. As a Cert III Educator for One Tree Community Services, we will offer you the opportunity to establish your career and further develop skills that will last a life time. This Cert III Educators role will be based in our OSCH Service. 
 
One Tree Community Services is a not-for-profit organization that supports community services and child care centres throughout Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Victoria.
 
About Karratha:
Karratha is a large town and is the main administration centre for many business and government departments in the Pilbara region. It offers large shopping centres, supermarkets, specialty and boutique stores. There are plenty of sporting clubs and associations to join as well. Karratha offers great fishing, snorkeling and diving with plenty of beautiful beaches to enjoy.

Educator - Position requirements:

• To work under the supervision of a Qualified Educator to provide educational experiences and care for children.
• To communicate effectively with children and families.
• To adhere to the services policies and procedures and work in accordance with all relevant regulations and the National Quality Framework.
• To assist in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for children and staff.
• To reflect upon and improve your practice ensuring you are gaining knowledge and skills that will assist in providing quality services to children and families.
• To work as a part of a team, supporting and contributing to One Tree as a community in line with One Trees Philosophy and Code of Ethics.

  Selection Criteria:

• Certificate III in Early Education and Care
• Solid understanding of Early Years Learning Framework
• Sound communication skills, written and verbal
• Valid Working with Children Card – Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
• Medical Certificate (or ability to obtain)
