An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Melbourne Campus as a Student Services Advisor, reporting to the National Student Experience Manager. We are seeking a pro-active, self-directed and motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a focus on excellence in customer service to meet a variety of students’ requests throughout their study journey at the College.
  
Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Being the first point of contact for all student queries via face to face, telephone and email enquiries
  • Supporting students’ queries around reenrolment and conducting course progression planning workshops to support students study outcomes
  • Working with the national students services team to manage workflow to ensure excellence of service to all students’ enquiries
  • Participate in and conduct activities that ensure customer service touch points across the student lifecycle of a semester are implemented
  • Assist the Campus teams with student engagement activities, open days and events
  • Instrumental in the organizational roll out of exams ensuring integrity within the process.
The successful applicant will possess:
  • A commitment to providing excellence in customer service to students
  • Strong customer facing experience – ideally in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment 
  • The ability to learn quickly in a rapidly changing  environment 
  • Great organization, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexibility, patience, a positive and proactive attitude to be solution focused on piecing many parts of the puzzle together to help achieve successful outcomes for the students
  • Experience within the education sector is desirable, but not essential.
  
Salary is HE Level 3 + superannuation
