You will be responsible for delivering highly practical, client-focused emergency management and incident management training sessions, exercises and consulting solutions to a diverse range of industries and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare self for Emergency Management training sessions prior to the session
  • Identify individual and group training needs and Complete post training paperwork
  • Deliver a range of training sessions based on AS3745-2010, which includes the following:

-Chief warden, ECO Warden, Emergency Management Awareness, Emergency Planning Committee and Mail room handling.

Skills/Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience facilitating sessions
  • Cert IV TAE (desirable)
  • Experience in Emergency Management disciplines
  • Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with clients and peers
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and to ‘think outside the square’
  • An energetic ‘can do’ attitude, with high levels of initiative
  • Finely tuned verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High level of competency in all MS Office applications
  • Current driver’s license (and own vehicle); a must
