You will be responsible for delivering highly practical, client-focused emergency management and incident management training sessions, exercises and consulting solutions to a diverse range of industries and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare self for Emergency Management training sessions prior to the session
- Identify individual and group training needs and Complete post training paperwork
- Deliver a range of training sessions based on AS3745-2010, which includes the following:
-Chief warden, ECO Warden, Emergency Management Awareness, Emergency Planning Committee and Mail room handling.
Skills/Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience facilitating sessions
- Cert IV TAE (desirable)
- Experience in Emergency Management disciplines
- Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with clients and peers
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and to ‘think outside the square’
- An energetic ‘can do’ attitude, with high levels of initiative
- Finely tuned verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High level of competency in all MS Office applications
- Current driver’s license (and own vehicle); a must
