Are you a experienced and hands on Centre Director?
Sugarman Australia's clients are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Director to join a beautiful 130 place centre in Bundoora. Our client has a strong team who work collaboratively to provide a positive, stimulating and educational environment, where children are able build close relationships with their peers and educators.

The Role
- Oversee day to day service operations
- Provide ongoing support and assistance in all areas of administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training, marketing and promotion of the service
- Guide and support centre team members to ensure the care and education of children and their families
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and families alike, and to promote a positive and stimulating environment
As the successful candidate you will have:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent approved teaching qualifications
- A minimum of 5 experience working in a leadership role
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Confidence in delivering a high quality programme linked to the EYLF, NQF and NQS
- Be hands on with your team and willing to conduct on the floor mentoring
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with a professional customer service focus
