Regional Manager – Subcontinent, Middle East and Africa
The Academy of Information Technology (AIT) is a member of the ASX listed RedHill Education Group and is an established education provider based in Ultimo. AIT has over 20 years’ experience educating thousands of students from all over the world who have gone on to build successful careers in the digital media, design and information technology space. AIT has experienced significant growth over the last few years in line with its long term strategic plans.
The Sales and Partnership team is a key function supporting the growth of the business through managing both domestic and international student recruitment. This involves managing a global network of education agencies and partner institutions as well as managing direct recruitment to ensure admission of genuine students starting their journey to academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage international student recruitment activities across the assigned region;
- Develop and implement a recruitment plan for the region, including setting goals and objectives and monitoring key performance indicators;
- Set and achieve sales and revenue targets for the T&D Division across the assigned region;
- Manage a network of educational agents, institutional partners and study abroad partners in the region;
- Assist with promotional duties across a range of tasks including; design briefing for flyers, email marketing, outdoor/indoor advertising in the region;
- Assist with development of broadcast EDMs (such as Agent Newsletter, Promo eDMs etc.) for potential students/agents;
- Provide in-market research, insights on demand potential and business development opportunities for the Division;
- Monitor regional competitor activity to gain in market competitor awareness and informed analysis.
Skills and experience we are looking for
The Regional Manager must have experience in managing student recruitment within a higher educational institution.
Essential criteria:
- Educated to a degree level in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills;
- Experience in managing student recruitment for an education provider.
- Ability to identify, develop and implement strategic plans to help drive student enrolment and revenue growth.
- Experience in the Higher Education sector.
- A demonstrated understanding of the legislation underpinning education in Australia.
The Regional Manager will be required to travel within Australia and overseas.
