Our talented and enthusiastic team of Trainer and Assessors deliver first class training within our Registered Training Organisation.  

Key Duties:

•  You will deliver classroom based training and assessment services in the qualification of CHC33015 - Certificate III in Individual Support
• Provide suitable training support services to compliment student’s individual needs

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience as an RTO Trainer & Assessor delivering classroom based/face to face learning
• Certificate IV or higher TAE40110 or TAE40116 qualification
• Minimum CHC33015 Cert III Individual Support
• Maintaining currency within the Care Services industry (Aged, Disability, Home & Community)
• Self-motivated and willing to go the ‘extra step’
• Build rapport with people from all walks of life
• Confident, resilient and patient person
• Innovative

Please note, this role requires the candidate to have:

• A current Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• A valid National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
• A valid Working With Children’s Check or willingness to obtain
• Hold an ABN
• Have a public liability and professional indemnity insurance
