Position overview
An exciting opportunity exists in the Australian National University Human Resources Division for a Consultant in the Culture and Development team.
The primary aim of the Culture and Development team is to support and improve the effectiveness of the University through the design, development and implementation of a range of training and development services, cultural change projects and performance improvement initiatives that advance the professional development of staff, as well as the strategic vision of the university.
The Consultant provides high level strategic advice and involvement across a range of Human Resource and organisational development projects such as performance management, learning and development, staff engagement and culture development.
Working as part of a collaborative Culture and Development team, the Consultant will ensure work is aligned to University and people & culture strategies, directions and objectives, as well as liaise and collaborate with internal HR partners and clients to foster strong business partnerships.
In addition, the Consultant will provide business partnering and support to managers in all performance management requirements and coach managers and staff on approach to performance management in their work areas.
