About the role:

• Running a room of 20 - 24 children in the toddler room
• Develop, plan and implement a quality educational program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework
• Monitor and document children's progress & individual children's portfolio
• You will be working in partnership with families and other educators using the learning outcomes to guide their planning for children's learning
• Have the ability to identify the children's strengths and interests, choose appropriate teaching strategies and design the learning environment

Essential Criteria:

• A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent approved teaching qualifications
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Confidence in delivering a high quality programme linked to the EYLF, NQF and NQS
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with a professional customer service focus
• Energetic, action oriented and committed to work
• Must be a positive and friendly Educator that is absolutely loves working with children
