The Company
This well know market leader is a strong investor of people and they believe finding the right personalities & attitudes are a key to being successful. They provide education and care for over 30 centres across Sydney, focusing on Before & After School & Vacation Care for children ages 6-12years. 

The Centre
Is located in Chatswood, Sydney's Lower North Shore  - Has up to 80 children per day in term time. 

The Role
As Coordinator you are responsible for the day to day operation of the service, managing the team of educators including rostering, communicating with parents & families, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, working with QIPs and overseeing the educational program. 

Successful applicants will have: 

• Excellent communication
• Passionate about Early Childhood education
• Good understanding of the EYLF, NQF & NQS
• Experience of working with children in a leadership role
• Staff management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Early Childhood qualification (not essential)
