The Role
The primary focus of this role is being the first point of contact for ICT Services including assisting in procurement, licensing and mobile device administration to support the effective operations of our ICT Department.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Completion of Year 12 and Certificate IV in Business/Administration combined with demonstrated relevant experience. Alternatively, lesser formal qualifications combined with relevant experience, or demonstrated relevant experience.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude for the purpose of basic ICT troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated previous experience in a customer service role.
This is a full time, ongoing position.
