Our client has various Childcare Centres through NSW. They have a passionate and dedicated team who love teaching and bring the best out of every child. They create an environment where the children feel loved, valued, safe and free to develop to their full potential. 

They are now seeking an Early Childhood Teacher, to join their centre in Swansea NSW.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide a high level of care to the children in the centre whilst effectively implementing education programmes.

Reporting to the Centre Director, some of your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the development of the children's education
• Implementing and creating art and craft ideas to facilitate learning
• Carrying out programming, reflections, portfolios and observations

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Completed your Bachelor of Early Childhood 
• Room leadership experience (desirable)
• A current working with children check
• Valid first aid and asthma and anaphylaxis training 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A great work ethic and a friendly, creative and enthusiastic nature
