Are you an A grade student from a renowned Selective School or Elite Private School and have recently completed (or completed) your HSC or IB course? Did you achieve top 1% ATAR (99+) or IB (42 +) Mark?

Are you motivated and a high achiever that is not afraid to take on new challenges?

If this sounds like you, then this job is right for you! We are looking to hire a team of academic students  to train and nurture them to be 'top notch' private tutors for elite private school students. No need to travel to student's house, one location only and endless hours of work for those with the right skill set and acumen. No need to handle student's parents, this is all done for you. No experience required, you will be trained and given the tool to teach the students. All you need to be is proficient in the subject you're teaching. We focus on your strengths and help to eliminate your weaknesses.

Additionally, qualified teachers that are experts in English/Maths/Science/Humanities are also encouraged to apply.

T&T Professionals is a growing elite Primary and High School tutoring business aimed at bringing the best out of students. We're not a 'coaching college', the focus is on the individual kids with a point of difference - we care about the kids! Based in Burwood, we are a growing tutoring business that specialises in preparing students for OC, selective schools test, private school scholarship and IB and HSC. We are after people that are driven/academic and great communicators.

For Primary School kids we cover:
•Maths
•English
•Science
•General Ability and Olympiad Maths
•Naplan /OC/Selective and Scholarship Testing
•Maths, English, and Science competitions

For High School students we cover:
•Mathematics (Extension 1 and 2)
•English (Extension 1 & 2- If you have done exceptionally well in Extension I English in After the Bomb or Navigating the Global you are encouraged to apply!)
•Economics/Business Studies
•Chemistry and Physics
•Humanities subjects (Modern (including Extension I History) and Ancient History) and Languages ( French and Italian expert's are encouraged to apply)
•International Baccalaureate (IB)-All Subject

For those teachers that shows great potential to " think outside the box" and fantastic at breaking down concepts for Maths, Science or English will be selected to work on projects that involve writing scripts/filming or simply drawing out maths concepts for our upcoming new online business venture.  

What you need to be:
•Bright – Provide current school report that shows your ranking in each subject, for those that have completed their HSC, you must provide ATAR/UAI scores (minimum of 97 is required for the role)
•Bubbly - fantastic communicator, you must be articulate and be able to engage kids by explaining difficult concepts simply
•Sound - must be mature, responsible and presentable
•Specialist- If you pride yourself a specialist in particular subjects such as Economics/IB(subject specialist)/English/History/Maths/Languages ( especially French and Italian) please specify this in your resume

What we offer
•Excellent remuneration ( You will be paid base hourly rate/super and bonuses for those that exceed expectation and requirement)

•All teaching material provided in advance – no need to plan lessons

What you'll be doing
•Teaching kids aged from pre-Kindy, Primary to High School (up to year 12)
•Most teaching is one on one, however some may be in small classes of ~5 students
•Publishing notes on Power point
•Marking student's work and administration
•Expected to work at least two afternoon/nights or days a week, which can vary depending on your timetable (however you'll need to be flexible around business's needs) During summer break there will be endless shifts available for the motivated and those with the right skill set.
