Pinnacle Safety and Training is a registered training organisation and leading provider of nationally-accredited training. Due to business growth, we are looking to add further quality full-time/casual trainers to our Sydney operation.

We work in all sectors of industry including Mining, Oil and Gas, Construction, Telecommunications and Manufacturing.

Pinnacle operates with custom-built, professional training facilities in Gladstone, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney.

We conduct Nationally Recognised safety training and compliance auditing in:

• Work At Heights
• Confined Space and Rescue
• Vertical Rescue
• Tower Climbing and Rescue
• Fire Safety
• Provide First Aid
• Occupational First Aid
• Rope Access
• HAZMAT
• Road Accident Rescue
• LVR and CPR
• Emergency Response and Rescue (many disciplines)
• HSR - Health and Safety Representatives
• Asbestos Removal
• Certificate IV in WHS
• Many units of Certificate III in Public Safety

We are looking for experienced and proactive Level 3 IRATA Trainers to deliver Rope Access course’s and service work,  to join our teams based in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. The role’s primary focus will be to deliver IRATA Rope Access courses, up to Level 3 and to coordinate and plan Rope Access activities in accordance with IRATA requirements.

Reporting to the Regional Manager the role’s key accountabilities will be:

• Facilitate Rope Access courses up to Level 3
• Ensure rope access projects comply with safety requirements, including assisting with risk assessments
• Inspect and monitor rope access equipment to ensure compliance with legislative and IRATA requirements

Essential Selection Criteria:

• Cert IV TAE40116/40110 Including TAELLN411 - ADDRESS ADULT LLN
• IRATA qualification Level 3
• Current C class drivers licence

Highly Desirable

• IRATA qualification Level 3i
