The CSR role...

Performance Education is one of the leading providers of the Professional Year Program. In exciting new developments, we have recently opened our Brisbane campus in March, and are expanding our operational hours!

The Campus Coordinator is a key member of the Operations team. This customer facing role is will interface with students and provide valuable administrative and coordination support to the campus, to ensure the smooth process of all operational functions.

The successful candidate will:

  • Greets visitors, current and prospective students
  • Operate campus switchboard and inbox; receive incoming calls and emails and transfers them to appropriate staff members, where required
  • Assists current students in answering any support queries
  • Enter data including student inquiries and leads into the relevant system
  • Undertake operational tasks like batching, enrolments etc. as required
  • Reviews inventory, orders office/kitchen supplies, and ensures campus is organsed
  • Ensures accuracy and timely entry of students' information into the relevant system

About you...

  • At least one year of administrative or coordinator experience
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Highly organised and strong administrative skills in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong time management, attention to detail and ability to achieve deadlines under pressure of competing priorities
  • Initiative, proactivity and decision making in line with role responsibility and accountability
  • Effective analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
  • High energy, a positive attitude, patience and empathy with an intuitively customer focused approach
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across the business and customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

 

NOTE: This role will be working Saturdays only, from 8.30am to 5pm.
