we are looking for a dynamic individual willing to be part of an RTO with vision to expand its scope, our goal is to deliver timely training with 100% compliance. your role requires you to have great attention to detail as well as being a solution finder with the ability to work well under pressure and on your own initiative.your typical day will be busy and varied, including but not limited to the following tasks:
- Distribute pre-enrolment information to individuals or referral agencies as required.
- Conduct periodic audits on student records to ensure their accuracy and integrity.
- Apply policy and relevant legislation with regard to confidentiality and privacy.
- Maintain the student enrolment register within RTO Data and all associated student enrolment information.
- Produce and submit VETTRACK reports on the required reporting cycle and in accordance with reporting format standard as directed by ASQA
- Assist in the transfer of students
- Liaise with the Compliance Manager on procedures and processes of the RTO to ensure they are in line with Compliance requirements
- Source new training materials for the RTO
- Organise the Validation process
- Liaise with Contract Trainers when required
- Prepare Employment contracts for RTO Trainers
- Maintain the LLN online Portal
- Update the Pivotal Training & Development professional development register to provide a true record of professional development and currency.
- Contribute to the Pivotal Training & Development systematic approach to continuous improvement. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement and acting responsively to implement compliance
- Liaise with Pivotal Training & Development staff to coordinate their administration.
- Ensure that completions take place, by requesting Extensions or Change of Unit
- Prepare Certificate & Statements of Attainment
- Prepare Completion Letter
- Raise invoices
- Report invoicing values
- Prepare income prediction reports and actual income reports
- Other projects as requested by management
- Maintain and ensure the division maintains high ethical standards
- Possesses a tactful and diplomatic approach
- Maintains high quality work practices
- Adapt a flexible approach to work and be able to meet tight deadlines from Trainers, Managers and Clients in a high pressure environment
