We are seeking an experienced Trainer for our group of Certificate III in Business School Based Trainees for an immediate start. This position is based in the Melbourne CBD and is an ongoing Wednesday weekly class.
E-focus was founded in 1976 and is a community based not-for-profit organisation that delivers a range of services to alleviate disadvantage and to enrich the lives of individuals and local communities. E-focus delivers nationally recognised training, employment assistance and community development projects. It has extensive experience in delivering employment, training and welfare support programs in the Banyule and North East Melbourne region.
Essential Criteria
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- A Tertiary qualification in relevant field
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40110 (including Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) unit)
- Demonstrable currency in the business services sector
- Demonstrable current experience in VET / training environment
- Experience in working with SBATs highly regarded
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- A current Working With Children check
