Harvard College Australia is an RTO located in Liverpool. We are currently recruiting trainers and assessors for the following qualifications:
• BSB50215 Diploma of Business
The Role
• Deliver and Assess the mentioned course
• Monitor and evaluate curriculum delivery
• Support development of training & assessment strategies
• Support the development of Teaching resources
• Participate in and contribute to moderation, validation and judgements.
Essential Skills & Experience
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and assessment
• Must have an advanced Diploma or higher in the business.
• Ability to demonstrate vocational competence in the units delivered in the program
• Monitoring student academic progress, intervention and support of student's progress, ensure student attendance is adequate and intervene when necessary
• Contribute to the design, development and testing of new learning and assessment materials
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching International Students
• Demonstrated industry and VET sector currency and professional development
• Must be a team player
• An ability to communicate effectively and build industry networks
• A highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• An innovative and flexible approach to training and working with learner needs and requirements
• Ability to work with participants in a proactive, result based environment
• Effective time management and organisational skills along with demonstrated capacity to meet key performance indicators
• Commitment to professional development in a fast-paced environment
