As a Training Consultant you will be training our customers in the use of our software products within their working environment and providing training so that our client can make the best use of our software and understand its full capability. You will also be required to learn all new and existing products as they become available and facilitate training either remotely or face-to-face for internal staff including any on boarding of new staff during their induction and orientation program. Because this face-to-face training is done onsite at the customers practice, flexibility and availability to travel is a requirement of this role.
Additionally, you will assist in the creation and maintenance of all e-learning, training artefacts including workbooks, facilitator’s and Quick Reference guides (QRG), Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and training manuals providing maintenance and administration of the Learning Management System and all associated reporting and e-learning activities as required.
The successful applicant will have:

- excellent communication skills, both with external customers and internal teams
- the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- a good working knowledge of the MS Office suite
- training background required
- flexibility and availability to travel
