• Ambitious & Dynamic Centre Manager Needed

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Centre Manager to lead a high performing centre with a long standing well established team. As the Centre Manager you will have the ability to develop amazing relationships with families and drive a fantastic team of educators whilst running the day to day operations. Our centre is well equipped with new resources and programs with high occupancy and a great curriculum including a specialized Kindergarten program. 

We are a full-service, purpose-built childcare centre that caters for children aged from birth to 6 years.

Your key priorities will be to:

• Manage the day to day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures and KPI targets
• Provide leadership and guidance to all staff
• Develop and maintain relationships with families with high expectations
• Manage rosters using our time and attendance system
• Ensure the centre is compliant with all State Legislation and National Quality Standards
• Manage the budgets of the centre

Your skills and qualifications should include:

• Holding a Diploma in Children Services or Early Childhood Degree
• A current Working with Children Check 
• Willingness to sign up as Nominated Supervisor
• Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process
• Extensive experience in the sector
