A Quality Provider of Tertiary Education in Sydney is experiencing continuous growth by delivering personalised and quality training courses to various health organisations in Australia. Due to a consistent strong client relationship, they are looking for a Health Admin trainer to provide training services to their clients for two (2) days a week.

Job Description:
As a Health Admin Trainer, you will be delivering training in hospitals to pass on your knowledge to diverse students groups consisting of 15 - 25 students. Aside from helping them obtain new knowledge and acquire a new skill set, you will also be providing encouraging feedback and guidance to help your students meet their goals.

You will also get the opportunity to work with the RTO’s Compliance Manager to improve and innovate your courses (if necessary) and make sure all are aligned to meet ASQA’s standards.

Job Duties:

  • Delivery and assessment for Cert III Health Administration
  • Maintaining student records and working with admin and compliance staff to ensure high levels of compliance.
  • Contributing to course development or contextualisation where required
  • Participate in continuous improvement strategies to ensure we maintain progress on teaching methods, learning resources and processes


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in Health Administration
  • TAE40110 Cert IV in Training and Assessment
  • At least 1 year experience in the industry
  • Prior vocational experience in hospital environment
