Your new company
Hays are experts in childcare recruitment and are looking for flexible Certificate III childcare educators. Your new role
As a casual certificate III educator you will be working closely with a range of outstanding Early Years childcare centres. You will have proven childcare experience and hold a Certificate III in Children’s Services. You will be enthusiastic, motivated and able to engage with children, parents and staff. You will also be an individual who consistently demonstrates initiative and is keen to develop their career in Early Childhood. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are team focused and wish to experience a range of centres.
You will benefit from working flexible hours tailored to your lifestyle, as well as working with children across the age groups of 1-5 years old. You will receive ongoing constructive feedback and support from your dedicated consultant, with the potential for permanent opportunities in the future.
What you'll need to succeed
- Certificate III in Children’s Services
- Excellent interpersonal
- Superior communication skills
- Previous experience in a Childcare Centre
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
