About the opportunity

 

Provides extensive administrative support under general direction including preparing documents, maintaining the Sydney Business Insights (SBI) website and related podcast channels, responding to queries, exploring and managing SBI event opportunities, and sourcing solutions for any complex website issues. This role requires strong administrative, reporting and organisational skills in order to coordinate and undertake a range of operational activities on an ongoing basis.

 

This role will also provide project management advice and operational support to the team, coordinating the implementation and delivery of a broad range of activities and tasks in order to meet established milestones and deliverables. The incumbent will manage multiple work-stream stakeholders and communications, ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork with other project teams and stakeholders across the University.

  • advanced Microsoft Office skills with extensive WordPress website management experience
  • High level of intercultural awareness and understanding
  • excellent events and project management skills and experience
  • administrative experience in a tertiary organisation
