The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring full time Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about early years education and shares our values. As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
- Hold fully certified qualifications of an Early Childhood Teacher
- Have experience in an early years teaching environment
- Understand the importance of providing a personalised play-based curriculum for children aged 3.5 to 5 years in a joyful and respectful manner
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment for all children
- Have an extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework , National Quality Standards and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
- Nurture authentic relationships with our children and families and embrace our values of Connection, Communication and Consideration
- Be given generous planning hours to continually develop our kindergarten program
