ittle Learning School Alexandria is a beautiful 84 place child care centre providing the highest quality care for children and families. Our operating hours are now extended to 6.30am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

With 5 rooms across two levels, this centre is a heaven for children and provides the ultimate blend of intimacy, development and fun. The outdoor yard includes state-of-the-art facilities and features such as slides, tunnels, veggie patch, bike track, Tee Pee, rock climbing to ensure children are entertained, engaged and happy while in our care.

Your role

Reporting to the Centre Director and working closely with children, families and educators, your key objective will be to contribute to the care and education of children as a senior member of the teaching team establish and support the development of appropriate programs for both individual and groups of children in conjunction with our exclusive ‘Ready to Read’ school readiness program and LLS Learn Curriculum. You'll be rewarded with above award conditions, career progression opportunities and a fun and collaborative Centre you'll love being a part of.

Excellent support is provided with your Area Manager.

Skills and Experience

Must have Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Must have previous Experience Working as a room Leader
Demonstrated experience within an Early Childhood Education setting
Practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
Passionate, enthusiastic and strong commitment to high quality early childhood education and care
Strong team-work skills
A current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
A current Working With Children Check
