Are you a qualified trainer with experience in Concrete Batch Plant Operations or a in a Quarry? If so a unique opportunity exists for a self-motivated and driven Workplace Trainer and Assessor with excellent communication skills to work within our growing training team.
ABC Training and Consulting is a Brisbane based niche provider of specialist training.
The PMC Trainer and Assessor is expected to work as an integral member of the training team, with a strong focus on quality delivery of training courses and future development/continuous improvement of our current course scope.
This is a full time position with the ability to travel.
As a PMC Trainer and Assessor you will;
- Ensure quality of training and assessment is met always through your delivery to students.
- Assist in the review and improvement of all Training and Assessment Strategies
- Participate in Validation Sessions
Essential Criteria:
Provide quality delivery of training across all areas of the PMC Package:
- Hold Cert III in Manufacturing Mineral Products PMC30116 / Cert IV PMC40116
- Hold Cert IV in Training and Assessment (current) or higher including LLN;
- A minimum of 3 years relevant RTO industry experience with a sound knowledge of training and assessment delivery and validation.
- A minimum 3 years experience in a Concrete Plant or Quarry.
- Proof of currency in Vocational Training Professional Development
- Demonstrated delivery and assessment capability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven business acumen
The ideal person for the role must be a self-driven individual with the ability to work autonomously, have extensive experience in the RTO sector and proven industry experience, exceptional people skills as well as demonstrated organisational skills and an eye for continuous improvement in all areas.
