The opportunity
The Executive Assistant will contribute to the efficient and effective operations of the First Peoples Health Unit and provide administrative support to the Senior leadership team and in particular to the Professor and Director of the First Peoples Health Unit.

This is a fixed term, full time position for 3 years based at the Gold Coast campus.

About you
The successful candidate will have a minimum of an associate diploma qualification plus demonstrated experience, or an equivalent combination of skills, knowledge and experience. To be successful in this role you will possess high level interpersonal and communication skills coupled with the ability to work with minimal supervision, exercise initiative and prioritise competing deadlines.

This is an identified position. Applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander decent pursuant to Section 14 (d) of the Anti-discrimination act.

Salary range
Hew 5: $64,857 - $72,950 salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $75,882 - $85,351.
