Join this child focused centre and lead a team of long serving, dedicated staff as Centre Director. This centre prides itself on excellent relationships with families and the local community. The centre often holds various events to celebrate their culturally diverse community and service.
You will be reporting to Head of Operations and an Owner with a background in Early Education, both supportive and approachable, with a passion for creating a high quality service.
Your new role
This centre is looking for an experienced Director who can confidently ensure the operations of this centre run smoothly. You will be passionate and dedicated in empowering and supporting your staff. A strong knowledge of policies, procedures and ensuring 100% compliance is key in this role. You will be supported by a long serving 2IC and Educational leader as well as have support with administration tasks. As Director you will maintain the excellent relationships with the wider community and build occupancy.
This is an exciting time to join the company as they are looking to renovate the centre in the next few months with potentially further centres opening in the future. The senior management team will look to you to be the expert in your field; this is a great opportunity for an experienced Director who is looking for autonomy and to use their expertise within a close knit centre.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACECQA assessed ECT bachelor degree qualification
- Previous experience as a Centre Director
- Excellent knowledge of the NQS, EYLF and teaching pedagogy
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
