About the opportunity 

The General Recruitment Assistant is responsible for providing assistance and support to the Head of Recruitment (Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and Sydney Conservatorium of Music) and the wider team within the Product recruitment portfolio, under the direction of the Associate Director (Product).

About you

  • assist student recruitment initiatives and activity plans for the University to achieve the student recruitment targets for the portfolio
  • assist with the coordination, event scheduling, presentations and associated general administrative duties of recruitment activities as required
  • work collaboratively with colleagues in Student Recruitment to ensure that strategic goals are achieved
  • actively contribute to a team environment that fosters and develops effective working relationships, working collaboratively with the wider Recruitment team, showing consideration for colleagues and valuing the contribution of others.

Travel may be required as well as a willingness to work flexible hours in order to attend various recruitment campaigns and events.
