We are currently seeking a skilled Childcare Educator Qualified to be accountable to support the system strategic intents of improving learning outcomes for all 3 to 5 year old students in our Long Day Care Setting and promoting a professional and rewarding working life for staff.
Key accountabilities are:
- Exercises similar responsibilities as a grade 3 but an employee at this level has a Diploma in Children’s Services.

Assisting in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of developmentally appropriate programs for individual children or groups

Responsibility for recording observations of individual children or groups for program planning purposes for qualified employees

Working with individual children with particular needs, under direction

Assisting in the direction of untrained employees

Undertaking and implementing the requirements of quality assurance Working in accordance with food safety regulations
- Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study. (Diploma Qualified)
- Appropriate demonstrated experience
