At LEVNT, we are passionate about providing quality education and care within a Christian environment to children attending our services around this geographical region.
We are seeking a new part-time Children’s Services Manager to work 19 hours per week to become part of the small team of professionals. The collective mission of the team is to nurture, strengthen, guide and encourage the peoples working at LEVNT services so they will be better able to deliver our mission. The Manager will support four (4) early learning centres, including kindergartens and long day care. Two are in Geelong (VIC), one in Hamilton (VIC) and one in Jindera (NSW).
The work involves field visits, organising workshops, writing reports, and monitoring compliance and physical environments. Some travel will be necessary and depending on the successful applicant the primary location is negotiable.
Selection Criteria
To be considered for this role you will:
- Be a senior Early Childhood Educator with appropriate tertiary qualifications (bachelor degree preferred) and a proven record (minimum five (5) years) of leadership and achievement in Children’s Services
- Have demonstrated experience with legislative compliance and the National Quality Framework
- Be an experienced manager of people, with excellent communication skills
- Be experienced with managing budgets for Early Childhood Services
- Hold a current Victorian Driver’s license, and
- Be willing to support the ethos, philosophy and ministry of LEVNT.
