My Client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Director to work full time within a fantastic after school and vacation care program. They are looking for someone who wants to be part of the growth and development of an Education and Care service.
In this position you will be working in a large after school and vacation care program. This exciting position will see you working in and leading a supportive team of passionate Educators who are responsible for the developing and fostering the quality of this service. This position also offers flexible work hours that can work to suit your lifestyle.
You will need:
- Proven experience working in the OSHC sector including staff and floor Management.
- A strong understanding of My Time, Our Place (MTOP) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Knowledge of CCMS Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Current Working with Vulnerable Peoples Card
- Hold a First Aid Qualification or willingness to obtain
