The Position

At Bulldogs Community Children's Centre, we provide a caring, supportive and playful environment for children aged zero to 6 years. Work in a warm, friendly, spacious centre alongside qualified passionate team members supported by an extensive professional development program.

Bulldogs Community Children's Centre provides a strong community spirit where families, parents and carers are encouraged to play an active part in their child’s care and education. Our professional and highly trained educators develop innovative and reflective educational programs to foster independence and self-esteem. It is our experience that children learn best by ‘doing’. For this reason, play-based learning is at the heart of our programs. These programs are flexible and responsive to the children’s individual and group needs.

This is a full-time ongoing Certificate III position working 38 hours per week, plus an additional 2 hours to allow for a monthly RDO.

You will be required to provide an appropriate developmental and enriching program for children from 0-6 years of age which maximises opportunities for them to develop to their full potential. The hours of work will extend between 6.30am to 6.30pm on a rotational roster.

The successful applicant must possess the following

  • Completed a minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Children's Services
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Anaphylaxis Certificate
  • Asthma Certificate
  • Right to Work in Australia
