As The Hotel School continues to grow, a need has arisen for qualified, Melbourne based Casual Lecturers for subject delivery in the following disciplines:

Tourism
Hospitality
Communications
Management
Accounting

Selection criteria:

The successful applicant must possess the following qualifications, skills, abilities and experience:

Minimum of a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline
Phd or near completion desirable
Relevant Teaching and/or industry experience
Evidence of previous high quality teaching experience or teaching/training qualifications
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Ability to cater to a wide range of students by using a variety of teaching methods
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable:

Demonstrated ability to teach both domestic and international students
Teaching in a blended environment
