The Australasia International School (AIS) is seeking Beauty & Massage Trainer and Assessors for our Sydney CBD campus to drive and inspire students towards successful careers.
AIS is a registered training organisation specialising in delivering nationally accredited training programs in Beauty, Massage and Business Management.
This Role
- For Massage Trainers:
- HLT42015 Cert IV in Massage Therapy
- HLT52015 Diploma of Remedial Massage
- For Beauty Trainers
- SHB20116 Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics
- SHB30115 Certificate III in Beauty Services
- SHB40115 Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
- SHB50115 Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- SHB50216 Diploma of Salon Management
- Monitor, mark and conduct student assessments
- Supervise and administer practical component of the training
- Assist in RTO compliance activities
Selection criteria
- A strong passion for the industry
- A passion for providing quality training with the ability to motivate and engage students
- Sensitivity to students of different cultural backgrounds
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Current clinical experience working as a massage therapist providing services to the general public
Required qualifications/industry experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- A relevant vocational qualification
- Minimum of 2 years industrial/professional experience
- Demonstrate Trainer currency and meeting the ASQA 1.13 to 1.16 trainer assessor standards.
