The Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Diploma-trained or Bachelor trained Educators to work on a Full-Time basis as Room Leader.
This role would work in-line with the organisations Key Educator approach and would require the successful candidate to posses a strong working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and its practical implementation.
Offering support and mentoring your team you will be responsible for upholding the values of this high quality organisation, while providing high quality education and care to the children in your room.

- Hold a COMPLETED Diploma OR Bachelor in Early Childhood Education & Care. (Overseas qualifications are welcome if they have been assessed by ACECQA)
- Hold a Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
- Hold a current PAID NSW Working With Children's Check.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework & National Quality Standards.
- Previous experience within the positions you wish to apply is an advantage.
- Sponsorship is only available for Bachelor trained candidates.
