Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Role of Coordinator:
- Undertakes a caring and collaborative approach to showcase our company values: Considerate, Passionate, Courageous.
- Encourages play based learning: incorporates children's ideas and interests into planned experiences and routines.
- Works with the team to tailor each aspect of the service to engage, inspire and delight the children attending your service.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Available to work 5 days per week.
- Experience in working with a large service.
- The desire to work with children and demonstrated a capacity to enhance their OSHC experiences.
- Experience working with and supporting teams to achieve results.
- Childcare industry knowledge and experience in an OSHC environment.
- A work history demonstrating reliability, punctuality, enthusiasm, initiative and commitment.
Not Essential but Highly Desirable:
- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent OR
- Degree in Primary Education or Early Childhood Studies or equivalent.
Must Have:
- Valid working with children's check
- Recent police check
