The Head of Junior School, Head of Senior Girls and Head of Senior Boys are entrusted with the overall responsibility for the day-to-day teaching and learning of St Margaret's and Berwick Grammar School staff and students including wellbeing, curriculum, assessment and reporting. An element of these roles is to inform future directions of the School in relation to innovative programs and operations that reflect the School's role as a leader in education.
The School is co-educational from ELC to Year 6 and single gender from Years 7-12. Junior School and Senior Girls operate at the Gloucester Avenue campus in Berwick, whilst the Senior Boys are located at the Berwick Grammar campus in Officer.
