SALARY RANGE: $67,675 to $75,904 pa pro rata (plus 17% super)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time (29.4 hours per week) and fixed term to 9 August 2019
LOCATION: Melbourne Burwood Campus
ABOUT THE ROLE
Support the development, delivery and ongoing review and evaluation of events, programs, projects and resources that support the University's student transition, engagement and experience objectives.
This will include:
- Supporting the administration, planning, delivery and evaluation of student transition and engagement events, programs and projects across all student cohorts.
- Building and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships with staff, students and community partners across events, programs, and projects.
- Collaborating with the Communications team to ensure information about student engagement and experience activities and events is tailored to different cohorts and is communicated accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the planning, coordination, evaluation and continuous improvement of the student peer leader programs within the Student Engagement and Experience Team.
ABOUT YOU
- A degree with relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in program, project and event coordination, implementation, delivery and evaluation within an educational institution or complex organisation.
- Administrative experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to gain the cooperation of others in meeting task objectives.
