Due to growth, our Early Childhood division in Sydney are looking for an individual who is looking to start a role in recruitment or for someone looking for a new role in recruitment and sales/
This position is to work within our Early Years team. If you like working in a fast paced environment with the latest recruitment technology to support you to grow your candidate base with very little administration getting in your way, then this position is for you.
One of our keys to success is our ability to work together as a team.
Role responsibilities:
Candidate sourcing and generation
Manage candidate applications and responses
Screen and interview candidates for permanent vacancies
Create and maintain communication with existing and new candidates
Assist in filling vacancies matching the right candidate with the right job opportunity
- Writing exciting adverts and maintaing a personal brand
Conduct references
- Visit clients and share industry knowledge
